Manual Product Entry

Every new chat, every new entry, starts with the product description of the item. The AI can only process the information provided, so the goal should always be to supply as much relevant information as possible. This article explains to you everything you need to know in step 1.


There are three ways to do this:

Manual Entry

An existing product description can be directly copied into the text field or created manually at the time of entry. To ensure high accuracy from the AI, it's important to include all relevant details.

However, a product description of 1000 characters might be a bit excessive. 😉

URL

This method is particularly time-efficient. Is the product already listed online? Then, a product description can be generated using the website link. The AI scans and filters relevant information from the site and creates a suitable description, which can be manually edited at any time with just one click.

Screenshot

Alternatively, one or more screenshots from a PDF, technical drawing, or even the product itself can serve as a source. It's important to ensure that the AI can recognize all relevant details, such as dimensions. The AI can only process the information visible in the screenshot. Using multiple screenshots may help and, in some cases, be necessary.

💡 However, it’s best not to use too many images. Additionally, the AI can only process one product per chat.
