The meaning of the AI certainty

To simplify and make the decision-making process for selecting customs tariff numbers more transparent, a traffic light system with reliability labels has been introduced. The goal should always be to achieve very high reliability wherever possible.

These labels – Very High, High, Average, Low – allow you to assess at a glance how reliable the customs tariff numbers suggested by our AI are.

Definition: Understanding the Reliability Labels

Very High:
After evaluating all available information, the AI is very confident that the proposed customs tariff number is correct. No additional information is required.

High:
Based on all available information, the AI is reasonably confident that the proposed customs tariff number is correct. A look at section "4. Reasoning" can provide further insight into what is missing for a very high reliability level. If possible, this information should be added.

Average:
The recommendation is considered solid but is based on fewer data points. It is recommended to improve the product description.
In section "5. Request for Additional Information" and via the grey "Increase Reliability" button, you'll find details on what’s missing for a more accurate analysis.

Low:
The suggested tariff numbers serve as initial "pointers," but there is a significant lack of information for a concrete proposal. The product description must be substantially expanded. Again, it is recommended to update the product description.
