Review- Tariff code validation

Use the manual product classification to validate or devalidate a given tariff code.

Even in manual product entry, there is a review option, allowing you to provide a customs tariff number to the AI for verification. The AI will either agree with your input or reject it and suggest a suitable alternative. This is especially useful in cases of disagreement—for example, when a classification has not been questioned internally for years, or because the manufacturer or supplier provided it that way. The reasoning can then be ideally fed back.

Steps:

  1. Open a new chat.
  2. Click into the gray description box, and select a link or screenshot.
  3. After entering the product description, another gray box will appear below.
  4. Click into the optional text field to either select a tariff number from the list or enter one manually.
  5. After successfully selecting a number, start step 2.
